At PERADRESS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below carefully before submitting a return or exchange request.

Exchanges

If a dress does not fit, it may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a different size of the same model, subject to availability.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

  • All original labels and tags must remain attached (where applicable).

Alternative Selection

If the requested size of the same model is unavailable, you may choose another dress instead.
If no alternative item is selected, the customer will receive a store credit voucher equal to the original purchase amount.

Refund Policy

PERADRESS operates an exchange or store credit only policy.

Return Shipping Costs

All shipping costs related to exchanges are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including:

  • The cost of returning the item.

  • The cost of shipping the exchanged item.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return request if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The item has been worn, washed, or shows visible signs of use.

  • The item is not in its original condition, or original tags are missing.

  • The item shows marks, stains, or damage, including makeup, deodorant, or spray-tan residue.

  • The item was clearly marked as Sale at the time of purchase.

  • The item has strong or persistent odors, such as perfume, smoke, or body odor.

  • The return request was submitted outside the 14-day return period.

  • The returned item does not match the original order.

  • The item has been damaged due to improper use, negligence, or incorrect care.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at their own expense.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange to ensure timely handling.
